Introduction

Welcome to FanMeeting ("App", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FanMeeting mobile application and services. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FanMeeting. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using Google Sign-In. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or violates these Terms.

Use of the Service

Permitted Use

FanMeeting provides a platform for content creators and fans to connect through virtual meet-and-greets. You may use the Service to:

• Join queues to meet content creators
• Participate in video chat sessions
• View schedules and availability of content creators
• Receive notifications about your queue status

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users or content creators
• Share content that is obscene, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Service
• Record, screenshot, or distribute content from video sessions without explicit consent
• Spam, solicit, or send unsolicited messages to other users

Content Creator Responsibilities

If you are a content creator using FanMeeting, you additionally agree to:

• Maintain accurate availability and scheduling information
• Treat fans with respect and professionalism during meetings
• Not use the platform to promote competing services
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding content creation and fan interactions

Video Chat Guidelines

During video chat sessions:

• Conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner
• Do not share explicit, violent, or inappropriate content
• Obtain explicit permission before recording or capturing any part of the session
• Respect the time limits set for each meeting
• Report any violations of these Terms immediately

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lining Link, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service may require payment. If you choose to use paid features:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with reasonable notice
• You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINING LINK, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lining Link, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Any content you submit through the Service

Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lining Link, LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
